Frost

This morning we had a light frost, our first of the season. It got down to 31*the result of an exceptionally clear night, with practically no cloud cover.
The leaves are turning colors quickly, and everything speaks of the coming winter . . .

Well, it surely looks like you have been kept plenty busy :).

We hiked the Chaffee Falls trail once a couple years ago. It's beautiful!

Did you pick apples at Champlain Orchards this year? That was a really nice place. We want to do applesauce, but I'm not sure if we'll find a PYO down here.

We haven't had a frost yet here, but it is getting cooler. I think you all must have sent us some Vermont weather :). Or maybe we are just getting used to the warmer temperatures of summer down here!

I've really enjoyed all the posts on your blog recently!
