Worcester Deer Camp: Day two - Forest

This part of the post will show what sort of stuff I was "hunting" in. The idea of hunting quietly through stuff like that, is absolutely insane. So I just ditched the being quiet idea and plowed on through, hoping that I would jump a deer out and send it running towards someone else in our hunting party.

The trees are about 6-10 feet high, some higher, and are spaced
 about one foot apart.

It was also darker, as is shown in this picture.

Up in the meadow. I saw three deer up there. They were grazing, and didn't notice me, so I watched them for a good ten, fifteen minutes before they got scared of, either by Uncle Bob, or Uncle Bill.

This is what the ledges are like. That is about 30 feet down.

An interesting panorama.

This looks nicer if you click on it and view it at the original size.
